I have owned this hamster house for a while and have my second hamster living in there at the moment. I don't see how the other reviewer has problems with it as I find it very simple to clean the cage and it is sturdy (I am 20 years old so I'm not dropping it or being rough with it). My hamster loves going "upstairs" and running in his ball, the upstairs is his food stash area :) The only problem I did have is the food bowl- hamster don't need food bowls! Keep in mind that hamsters are escape artists so to be extra safe I tied the doors shut!
Overall an excellent house which will keep your hamster entertained and has everything it needs!
